Organisations set direction for their business with the use of simple rules that are focused around bottlenecks. As a result people in organisations are becoming more self-sufficient in terms of decision making.

Businesses have access to the same technology. Competition revolves around the ability to build combinations of resources. Competencies and their development displace together with technology the structural approach to organisation design. Competencies come from within and from outside. Artificial and real are intertwined today. Humans develop ways to differentiate between the two. We search for verifiable information. Depending on a culture of communication in the organisation we can or cannot see what others see. The ability to align the perception through communication is a circulatory system of an organisation organism.

AI influences: design thinking and acting capabilities, simple rules generation, value creation, ability to communicate. As a result we shall see what changes today and how to get ready for the upcoming scenarios.
