Module 1: Design Thinking and Acting

Business people have a fixed gaze on business that creates a status quo perception. During the workshop we look at business in alternative ways that go beyond 20th century fixed approach. We search for the ways of perception that are compatible with business environment expectations.

The complexity of business environment pushes organisations to navigate in different ways. Organisations set direction for their business with the use of simple rules that are focused around bottlenecks. As a result people in organisations are becoming more self-sufficient in terms of decision making.

The challenge lies in the creation of a business that can on a regular basis outperform market in terms of value creation. Organization design that includes fitting culture filed with competences requires conscious effort and action.

Module 5: Factual Communication

Artificial and real are intertwined today. Humans develop ways to differentiate between the two. We search for verifiable information. Depending on a culture of communication in the organisation we can or cannot see what others see. The ability to align the perception through communication is a circulatory system of an organisation organism.

AI influences: design thinking and acting capabilities, simple rules generation, value creation, ability to communicate. As a result we shall see what changes today and how to get ready for the upcoming scenarios.
